The catch

None of the 13 USDT is paid as cash. The 3 USDT futures voucher and the 5 USDT futures trading bonus can only be used in futures trading, and the 5 USDT spot fee voucher only offsets spot trading fees. The Rewards Hub terms do not say that any of these rewards converts to withdrawable USDT. Contract vouchers, contract trial funds, stablecoin trades and zero-fee contract trades do not count toward Rewards Hub trading volume.

How to claim

  1. Open the Rewards Hub and click Sign Up to join the new-user event; tasks completed before you join do not count.
  2. Register a BitMart account to claim the 3 USDT futures voucher.
  3. Make a first deposit of at least 100 USDT to claim the 5 USDT spot fee voucher.
  4. Build a futures net deposit of at least 50 USDT and reach 500 USDT of first futures trading volume to claim the 5 USDT futures trading bonus.
  5. Finish the novice tasks within 15 days of registration, or they lapse.

The BitMart Welcome Bonus is the New User Rewards section of the exchange Rewards Hub. It pays 13 USDT in total across three tasks: a 3 USDT futures voucher for signing up, a 5 USDT spot fee voucher for a first deposit of at least 100 USDT, and a 5 USDT futures trading bonus once you have a futures net deposit of at least 50 USDT and 500 USDT of first futures trading volume. All three are vouchers or trading bonus, not USDT cash, so they reduce trading costs or add futures margin rather than landing in your wallet as money you can withdraw.

The "up to $14,000" banner figure comes from a separate Advanced Trading Task. Its vouchers of 20, 50, 300, 4,000 and 10,000 USDT need futures net deposits of 500 to 500,000 USDT plus futures trading volume of 10,000 to 100,000,000 USDT, so the upper tiers are out of reach for almost every new user.

You must click Sign Up on the Rewards Hub to join the event, and the novice tasks must be finished within 15 days of registration. Sub-accounts, institutional users and API users are not eligible, and re-registering after closing an account forfeits new-user benefits. Contract vouchers, contract trial funds, stablecoin trades and zero-fee contract trades do not count toward task volume. BitMart's terms say contract services are unavailable in some countries, and US residents are not served by BitMart's global exchange. The tasks shown can differ by region, so check the live Rewards Hub before relying on any figure.
