LiteFinance

LiteFinance is a long-running forex and CFD broker operating through a CySEC entity in Europe and offshore arms in Mauritius and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Its active promotion is the EASYSTART promo code, which adds a 30% bonus to a deposit of $50 or more (capped at $5,000) while its limited activations last; the $50 no-deposit welcome bonus is paused because its code has no activations left. Profits made while the deposit bonus is on the account can be withdrawn, but the bonus itself only turns into cash after 50 trades and a lot volume tied to its size.

About LiteFinance

Profile checked against official sources on · How we rate

Company background

LiteFinance was founded in 2005 as LiteForex, one of the earlier retail forex brands to offer cent accounts with a minimum deposit as low as $1. The company rebranded from LiteForex to LiteFinance in late 2021, after transferring client accounts to a new corporate structure under LiteFinance Global LLC, and marked its 20th anniversary in 2025.

The business runs through three separate legal entities. Liteforex (Europe) Limited is licensed in Cyprus under CySEC license 093/08 and operates under MiFID II, which brings Investor Compensation Fund coverage up to 20,000 EUR for eligible clients. LiteFinance Investment Limited is licensed in Mauritius by the FSC (GB20025921). LiteFinance Global LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is not regulated by any financial authority. Which entity a client ends up with depends on where they sign up from, and the protections differ sharply between the CySEC entity and the offshore ones.

LiteFinance does not accept clients from the United States, Israel, Russia or any EEA/EU member state, a restriction that applies broadly across the group.

Trading offer

LiteFinance offers major and exotic forex pairs, stock and index CFDs, commodities including oil and metals, and a large list of cryptocurrency CFDs. Trading is available through MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and the broker's own web-based terminal, plus mobile apps.

There are three core live account types. The Cent account has a $10 minimum deposit and trades in cent-denominated lots, positioned for beginners. The Classic account requires a $50 minimum, has no per-lot commission and floating spreads from 1.8 points. The ECN account also has a $50 minimum, floating spreads from 0.0 points and a commission that varies by instrument. All three offer leverage up to 1:1000, with swap-free versions available, and LiteFinance runs a built-in copy-trading system.

Bonus and promotions

LiteFinance's active headline promotion is the EASYSTART promo code, which adds a 30% bonus to a deposit of $50 or more, capped at $5,000, on MT4 and MT5 Classic, Cent and ECN accounts. The code has a limited number of activations (70 were left on 30 September 2026), and each client can use it twice. Profits made while the bonus is on the account can be withdrawn at any time, but the bonus itself only becomes cash after at least 50 trades and a volume in lots equal to 30% of the bonus amount, so a $300 bonus needs 90 standard lots. Withdrawing your own funds reduces the bonus proportionally, the bonus is cancelled if your own funds are lost, and it expires six months after it is paid. The older $50 no-deposit bonus, claimed with the code Welcome, is paused: on 30 September 2026 the code showed no activations left. When it runs, the $50 is never withdrawable, profits stay locked until you make a real deposit into the same account, and that deposit closes all open trades.

Beyond these codes, LiteFinance runs a rotating set of secondary promotions: a deposit bonus advertised as up to 100%, per-lot cashback advertised as up to $7, a bring-a-friend referral program, a monthly demo trading contest, a VIP client tier and free VPS hosting for qualifying accounts. None of these secondary offers publish a concrete turnover requirement, exact reward amount or full withdrawal mechanic on their public landing pages, so the real value depends on terms only visible after registration. Treat any specific figure quoted on affiliate sites as unverified until you see it in the client area.

Practical notes on verification and withdrawals

Accounts stay in a read-only state until verification is complete, which requires a government-issued photo ID plus a second document; LiteFinance states approval typically takes up to 24 hours. Withdrawals generally have to return to the same payment method used for the deposit. LiteFinance advertises up to five instant withdrawals per day for fully verified clients, capped at a combined $5,000.

Because the CySEC entity and the offshore entities operate under different rulebooks, the compensation scheme, dispute process and in some cases the bonus terms a client sees can differ depending on which entity onboards them. Traders in EEA countries are not offered LiteFinance at all.

Pros

  • +Long operating history since 2005 with a CySEC-licensed entity offering EU-level investor compensation up to 20,000 EUR
  • +Low entry point via the $10-minimum Cent account, useful for testing the platform with small sums
  • +Multiple platform choices: MT4, MT5, cTrader and a proprietary web terminal, plus built-in copy trading
  • +Profits made while the EASYSTART 30% deposit bonus is on the account can be withdrawn at any time

Cons

  • −Most clients are routed to the unregulated Saint Vincent and the Grenadines entity, which carries no financial oversight or compensation fund
  • −The EASYSTART bonus only turns into cash after 50 trades and a lot volume equal to 30% of the bonus (90 lots for a $300 bonus), and the $50 no-deposit bonus is paused
  • −Several secondary promotions do not disclose exact reward sizes or turnover requirements on their public pages
  • −Not available to residents of the US, Israel, Russia or any EEA country
  • −Withdrawals must return to the original funding method, which can complicate payouts

Frequently asked questions

Is LiteFinance regulated?

Partly. Its Liteforex (Europe) Limited entity is licensed in Cyprus by CySEC under license 093/08 with Investor Compensation Fund coverage. Its other entities, in Mauritius (FSC, GB20025921) and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, carry lighter or no regulatory oversight. Which entity you are assigned to depends on your country of residence.

Is the LiteFinance $50 no-deposit bonus actually free money?

It is paused for now: on 30 September 2026 the Welcome code showed no activations left. When it runs, you receive $50 of trading credit without depositing, but the credit itself can never be withdrawn, and any profit made with it stays locked until you deposit your own real funds into the same account, which also closes all open trades. The bonus expires after one month. Treat it as a free trial stake, not cash you can pocket.

What is the minimum deposit at LiteFinance?

The Cent account has a $10 minimum deposit. The Classic and ECN accounts both require $50. All three support leverage up to 1:1000.

Which countries can't use LiteFinance?

LiteFinance excludes residents of the United States, Israel, Russia and every EEA/EU member state from its services and bonus offers. The EASYSTART deposit bonus is also closed to residents of 21 further countries, including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Turkey, the UAE and Vietnam.

What trading platforms does LiteFinance support?

MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and LiteFinance's own web-based terminal, all with mobile apps and a built-in copy-trading feature.

How long does LiteFinance verification take?

LiteFinance says verification, which requires a government-issued photo ID plus a second supporting document, typically takes up to 24 hours. Accounts stay in read-only mode until it is complete, and full verification is also required before bank card or crypto withdrawals.
