Start with what is not real: the 55% deposit bonus still advertised across bonus aggregator sites was a NETELLER-tied promotion that ran for one month in mid-2013, on account types that no longer exist. Its terms page is gone. Any site listing it as live, and several do, is recycling a decade-old offer.
The Margin Call Bonus is the distinctive live program. It accrues insurance credit per closed lot, $5 per lot at low volumes rising to $15 beyond 100 lots, capped at $5,000, and the credit exists for exactly one purpose: keeping a position open when it approaches a margin call. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred, is annulled once the rescued trades close, and is debited first when you withdraw. As drawdown insurance for active traders it has genuine if narrow value; as a bonus it is not money.
The Refer a Friend program, which paid the referrer 10% of a friend's first deposit once the friend had traded one standard lot per $10 of bonus, has ended: its rules page now returns an error and it no longer appears on NordFX's promotions page. NordFX also rotates short regional deposit bonuses, like a Sri Lanka-only 20% to 30% offer that ended in December 2024, so country-specific promotions come and go quickly.
